Outdoor Family Fun!

 

This weekend in St. Louis is going to be a good one! Get the kids off the electronics and outside for some sunshine!  If you are tired of the same park, no problem!  Here is a list of places around Jefferson and St. Louis County that offer outdoor family fun for all ages.  Pack a lunch, grab the bat and ball and head out with the kids!  Is there really a better way to spend a sunny, spring day?!

PLAYGROUNDS

FISHING

ANIMALS

• Crown Ridge Tigers – There are various tour packages available. You can have a chance to watch the tigers play in their enclosures, learn each one’s story and even have a chance to feed one!

• St. Louis Zoo – Spend the day at the zoo visiting the bears, penguins, sea lions and everything in between!

• Grant’s Farm – Ride the tram, feed the goats, visit the famous Clydesdales and stop to watch a show!

• World Bird Sanctuary – Enjoy free shows, nature trails and a picnic under the covered pavilions!

• Susan Park – Take the kids to fish in the pond, see the farm animals or play on the newly renovated playground! There is something for everyone here!
